Started in 1992 by Brian & Donna-Marie Douglas we were the first specialist letting company in the area.

A family run business priding ourselves in high standards and striving for a total quality service to Landlords and Tenants alike.
Having been established 12-15 years longer than any other letting company in the area you are getting the knowledge and experience that comes with our excellent track record.

We have achieved the accolade of being a Commended Finalist in the Letting Agent of the Year Awards for 2009 and in 2010 we successfully gained the title of ‘Letting Agent of the Year in Yorkshire & Humber’ in the prestigious Landlords and Letting Awards.

We were proudly awarded GOLD for best Letting Agent in Selby for 2019 to 2020.  This followed by a further announcement of being given Bronze award for Best Letting Agent in Yorkshire (North & East).
