Once you have identified prospective properties we will arrange viewings that are convenient with all parties and have no issues with out of normal business hours and weekends. Once you have viewed a property our staff can answer any questions you have and advise as required.
Having chosen the property for you, you will be given an application form to apply for the property as well as a general list of what you need to provide to ourselves.
We may ask for addition information at any time throughout the process.
When applying you will be asked for a fee of equivalent to one weeks rental which is a holding/referencing fee to secure the property subject to contract. We will then carry out referencing and any further checks we deem necessary.
The holding/ referencing fee is deducted from monies owed.
Harlequin will carry out in house referencing and further checks on prospective tenants.
